The Aggrolites Just Added to the Montreal Ska Festival (Oct 13-15)

Hi folks!

In the lead up to the Montreal Ska Festival (going down October 13-15), I’ll be posting some exclusive news and interviews to Music is our Occupation, so stay tuned!

The most recent band to get added to the stellar line-up is California skinhead reggae favorites The Aggrolites! They will be playing the kick-off party for the festival on Thursday, October 13 at Cafe Campus alongside Roots of Creation, The Fabulous Lolo, and The Thundermonks.

Here is a recent video from The Aggros. It’s for the tune “Trial and Error” off their most recent album “Rugged Road”. This is a nice live video in true aggro version, and the song is a bit different here than on the album. The band also appears to have a new rhythm guitarist to replace founding member Brian Dixon. Check it out!

Also, stay tuned to www.musicaloccupation.com for a very special Montreal Ska Fest special edition of the Pressure Drop Soundcast, coming up very shortly.

The line-up for the festival is looking better than ever this year, and includes The Skatalites, The Toasters, Mr T-Bone, The Void Union, and Eastern Standard Time, just to name a few.
