Courtney John talks from Jamaica to GO FEET! Radio # 202

Courtney John lives in Jamaica and descends from a long line of reggae greats. I like to think of him as a modern day Alton Ellis, and one who continues carrying the Rocksteady tradition on into the new millennium and across the world. His vocals and music have always caught my attention. His new release out on FiWi Music called ‘From Letters To Words’ continues keeping my attention. I phoned him while on air to chat about his music and life in Jamaica. Big ups to Courtney for rising early with the sun to spend time on GO FEET! Radio. This ones for the lovers! Love on.

Next week, episode 203, I’ll bring you part two of my interview with Dave Wakeling of The English Beat. The English Beat play Auckland’s Powerstation on 23rd August. Come tune in!
