The Flyover Ska Show Takes Off
Hey everybody! This is Courtney from MNSKA, the home of the Minnesota Ska Community, with an important announcement:
I’m pleased to announce that I am hosting a brand new podcast called The Flyover Ska Show which airs Mondays at MNSKA.com as well as on the Fancy Pants Gangsters podcast network. You may not know this, but there is a growing number of people in the Midwest that are fans of ska music and its derivatives. Some have been lifelong rude boys, some are discovering this music for the first time. The Flyover Ska Show is here to give those fans a diverse look at ska and reggae music in the US through a series of interviews with artists, musicians, bloggers, and DJs as they paint a picture of American ska music for those who live right here in flyover country. The first episode where I interview Gideon Blumenthal from Westbound Train is online right now and you will be able to subscribe to it on iTunes soon.
